Context

Cotalker is a low-code SaaS platform that digitizes, automates and improves operational processes with artificial intelligence. Its website, however, had gone years without an update.

The site piled up information that added bulk but said little: an outdated client carousel, old platform screenshots and an image too playful for what Cotalker represents —a serious SaaS for processes. The challenge was to bring order to the communication and give it a face worthy of the product.

Before & after
The old, bulky and outdated site versus the new version.

Process

I redesigned the entire site, fixing communication, focus and visuals: cutting the noise, prioritizing what truly mattered and updating clients and screenshots. I raised the tone to a more corporate, trustworthy one, in line with a SaaS for operational processes.

I added new subpages: the Partners page, one dedicated to Buddy —Cotalker’s feature that lets clients ask questions about their databases quickly with the help of an LLM— and another for Luke, to make room for what wasn’t being told before. In parallel I developed “Certified Cotalker,” a certification identity for the technology partners who had completed their training and were ready as implementers: I delivered a manual, logos for their websites and the certificate itself.

I was also in charge of editing all the audiovisual material for the Partners training platform.

Solution

A clear, corporate and up-to-date site, with dedicated subpages for Partners, Buddy and Luke, and communication that finally says what matters.

On top of that, a “Certified Cotalker” certification system —manual, logos and certificate— that gives visual backing to accredited partners.

Impact

Cotalker went from a bulky, outdated site to a clear web presence worthy of the product, with a coherent corporate image. “Certified Cotalker” formalized and gave identity to its partner network, and the training platform was left with audiovisual materials ready to scale onboarding.
