Luke
Latest launched product: agent, workspace and builder to automate workflows.

Context
Luke was created to bring complex business processes —usually solved with custom development— into a visual tool where any team can design, publish and operate their own workflows.
The challenge was turning ambiguous business needs into a clear, scalable, user-centered product. I led its definition end to end, from research to the final interface.
Process
I worked side by side with Product Managers and engineering teams to translate business needs into product decisions.
I defined the experience of the key modules, mapped the information architecture and prototyped the interaction flows, consolidating reusable patterns that kept the product consistent as it grew.

Solution
Luke is structured in three pieces that cover the full lifecycle of a workflow:
Agent — the AI conversational layer to operate and query workflows.
Workspace — the space to manage, monitor and run active workflows.
Builder — the visual builder to create and publish workflows without code.

Luke enabled non-technical teams to build and operate their own workflows without relying on engineering, and consolidated a coherent design system for the Cotalker ecosystem.
